Professional staff, new hotel with great amenities, comfortable beds, excellent location, great breakfast, affordable restaurant.

Could not be improved.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was verysuper clean and cozy, with a nice view of the area. We loved how close it was to the tram stops, making it easy for us to explore the city and get to the 3 arena for the concert we attended at 3 PM. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our check-in and check-out processes very easy. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was hearty and substantial. we would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, transportation, and staff.

Loved every minute of it! The staff were excellent and so helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The restaurant staff couldn't have been nicer, providing excellent service and delicious meals. Another advantage was the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the concert venue and right across the road from the public transportation system. It couldn't have been more convenient!

There were a couple of downsides. This caused unnecessary stress, especially for those attending events.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the 3 Arena. This makes it perfect for catching a concert or event. It's also situated right next to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. it's just a short walk to O'Connell Street, where you can find shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.

Some staff members, particularly in the bar, could benefit from additional training to improve their service.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Small but nicely decorated rooms with comfy beds. Quiet rooms with no noise. Beautiful bar restaurant. Good and reasonably priced food. Great buffet breakfast for €15. Helpful reception staff. Easy late check out. Short walk to local Spar shop. Short walk to the river.

The breakfast at Samuel Hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelettes. The convenient location of the hotel, with bus and tram stops right in front, made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff at Samuel Hotel were friendly and cute, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Despite a small glitch in our room allocation, they quickly resolved the issue and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The shower in our room had great water pressure and all the necessary amenities were provided. I would highly recommend Samuel Hotel for a pleasant stay in Dublin.

Staying at this venue made my trip amazing! The location was perfect, as it was close to the concert venue and within walking distance to a lot of great spots. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, fulfilling our request for cold drinks when we arrived to celebrate our anniversary. The room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, soundproofed rooms, and free toiletries, making our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and were impressed with the in-room breakfast. The hotel also offered a variety of great amenities, such as a fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and a luggage storage area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
